As such, we have a flexible approach to cancellations and no-shows: there are no fees associated with last minute canceling or not attending your appointment. If last minute canceling/no showing becomes a frequently repeated behavior, you will be asked to pay for services in full at time of booking in order to secure the appointment, this will non-refundable in case of last minute cancellation or no-show. We ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make it, so we can accommodate other guests waiting for an appointment.
